Why choose Scrapoint over Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms?
Those platforms sell access to the data they already have. Scrapoint helps you build a dataset around your ICP, enrich contacts with available emails and direct phone numbers, and keep the records organized for reuse. If you want control over the dataset and workflow — rather than relying exclusively on a vendor's prebuilt coverage — Scrapoint fits.
Can I build a dataset for a niche or unusual ICP?
Yes. Scrapoint's LinkedIn and Sales Navigator workflows let you define the audience using the supported filters, then collect and enrich only the records that match. The dataset follows your ICP.
Can I find both professional emails and direct phone numbers?
Yes. The integrated enrichment system can retrieve available professional emails and available direct phone numbers for the contacts you collect. Coverage varies by contact; we don't guarantee every email or phone is found or current.
How do credits work?
One credit per field successfully found. An email found = 1 credit, a direct phone number found = 1 credit. If an enrichment lookup returns nothing, no credit is spent. Discovery and collection consume credits per delivered record. Every deduction is visible in your credit history.
What happens if a contact has changed jobs?
Professional data changes over time. We don't automatically detect every job change. You can reprocess vault records on demand and export the refreshed dataset — a practical way to keep an active list useful.
Does Scrapoint guarantee every email and phone number is accurate?
No. Email and phone coverage differs by contact, market, and provider, and professional data changes constantly. We clearly log which fields were found. You pay only for fields that are returned.
Can I export my data?
Yes. CSV, JSON, and XLSX export is included on every plan, including the $35 Starter. Exported datasets use a normalized schema ready for CRM import.
Can I reuse datasets across campaigns?
Yes. The Data Vault keeps every record you've collected — filter, search, save views, and re-export whenever the next campaign needs the list.
Can I really start on a $35 plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is $35/month and includes 2,500 credits, 1 worker, CSV / JSON / XLSX export, and the Data Vault with history. It's meant to let a founder or small team run a real list end-to-end before committing to a larger plan.
What happens when I need more volume?
Move up to a higher plan or add one-time credit top-ups. We also offer managed data processing where that's a better fit — talk to us at hello@scrapoint.com.
What data sources and enrichment providers does Scrapoint use?
Discovery runs through supported LinkedIn and Sales Navigator workflows under your own session. Contact enrichment runs through an integrated enrichment system. We never collect data you haven't asked for.
What are my data-use and privacy responsibilities?
You're responsible for how you use the data you collect, in line with LinkedIn's terms, your local privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, and similar), and your own company's policies. Scrapoint provides execution and data-structuring infrastructure; you control what's collected and how it's used.
How does the worker architecture operate?
You connect one or more workers (browser extensions) that run in your own environment. The platform plans each job server-side and distributes units of work across your connected workers, with adaptive pacing, automatic retries, and live progress. All extraction logic lives on the backend; the worker is a thin executor.
How do I add a worker / the extension?
Install the Scrapoint Chrome extension, sign in, and it registers as a worker on your account. It runs under your own logged-in LinkedIn session and IP. Add as many workers (machines/profiles) as your plan allows to increase throughput.
Can multiple workers run at the same time?
Yes, running workers in parallel is how you scale throughput. A job's workload divides automatically across every worker you have connected. Concurrent worker limits are set by your plan.
What export formats are supported?
Every job exports to CSV, JSON, and XLSX with a normalized, consistent schema, ready to load directly into a CRM, warehouse, or spreadsheet.
How is my data isolated?
Every worker, job, and record is scoped to your account. Data is never shared or visible across workspaces, and your full history is retained in the Data Vault.
How does billing work?
Start with the Starter plan at $35/month, or pick a larger plan. Billing is monthly or annual (annual saves 20%). You can buy one-time credit top-ups on top of any plan. Billing runs through our payment provider and you can change or cancel anytime.
Do you offer annual billing or volume discounts?

Is this compliant with LinkedIn's terms?
Scrapoint runs under your own session and you are responsible for how you use it. We provide execution and data-structuring infrastructure; you control what you collect and how you use it, in line with applicable terms and privacy law.
